PROBLEM: Hershey Chocolate of Virginia called with a broken 4 millimeter tap. While conducting maintenance on a large stainless steel production unit a 4MM tap was broken off in a bolt hole. This little tap put starting the production line on time in question. That’s 4000 candy bars a minute
THE FIX: CBG came running, on site the next morning. CBG set up and with a 0.115 inch electrode had the tap out and the bolt hole cleaned threads verified in 4 hours.
